Our Scope of Works
1. Furniture & Fittings
We connect you with reliable interior and furniture companies to design your property and propose suitable furniture styles and pricing for your consideration.
2. Finding Tenants
Our in-house agents, together with our trusted real estate partners, will work to find a suitable tenant for your property. All marketing costs will be covered by us.
3. Monthly Rental Collection & Financial Reporting
We handle monthly rent collection, reconcile payments, and deliver a clear financial report to you every month.
4. Property Management
We act as your representative in all tenant matters throughout the tenancy.
5. Property Handover & Reletting Preparation
We conduct a thorough inspection and handback of the property upon lease expiry. If needed, we coordinate with our reliable contractor partners to refresh and prepare the property for relisting.
Fee Structure

Tenant Finding Fee: Equivalent to 1 month’s rent for securing a tenant with a 1-year lease.

Rental Management Fee: 8% of the monthly rental (applicable only when the property is tenanted).

Lease Renewal Fee: Equivalent to half a month’s rent for each 1-year lease renewal.
- Sales Commission: 3% of the final sale price if the property is sold by us or through our affiliates.
